Procurement of leaf blower for Village Maintenance

On July 20, 2026, the AVNPHOAI Village Administrator proposed the purchase of an additional leaf blower (Stihl Leaf Blower BR200) along with additional grasscutters during an emergency meeting. The proposal was approved by the Board of Directors, with the Board Resolution prepared and the quotation routed on July 23, 2026. Payment was routed for approval on August 7, 2026, and the equipment was purchased on August 10, 2026.

The additional leaf blower will improve post-grass-cutting clean-up by efficiently clearing grass clippings, leaves, and debris from roads, sidewalks, pocket parks, and other common areas, helping maintain a cleaner, safer, and well-maintained community.
