Procurement of Additional Grasscutter for Village Maintenance

On July 20, 2026, the AVNPHOAI Village Administrator proposed the purchase of an additional grasscutter (Stihl FS 230) during an emergency meeting. The proposal was approved by the Board of Directors, with the Board Resolution created and the payment routed for signatures on July 29, 2026. The equipment was purchased on July 31, 2026.

The additional grasscutter will improve the efficiency of grass-cutting activities and help ensure that the village’s landscaped areas, pocket parks, and common areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
