NEW BOD FOR 2026 2028 TAKES OATH

On June 27, 2026 at Nature's Village Resort, the Avida Village North Point Administrator, along with the Electoral Committee, have assisted the Oath Taking of the New Board of Directors for the AVNP Home Owners Association for the term 2026-2028. Past BOD Ting and Tavera also joined the event. Prior to the oath taking the newly elected BOD's discussed and agreed on the new positions they will commit to and take accountability for: President - Mr. Prince Ashley Balaoing, Vice President - Ms. Roseana Barredo, Treasurer - Ms. Amy Gustilo-Baron, Secretary - Ms. Danielle Dingcong-Lagumbay, and Auditor - Mr. Robert Delito.
